My name is Serdar Yagmurov. I am an English teacher at secondary school #31, Serdarabat, Lebap, Turkmenistan. I work at school as a teacher for 19 years. I teach students of different ages and different levels of English. Besides, as you know, teaching village students has specific particularities.
We had some difficulties with books, and this year our school got textbooks for different forms. I try myself to make my lessons more interesting and effective. I made visual aids, drew grammar tables and collages. I used some materials from the additional literature.
This year I attended some computer trainings on Microsoft Word, Internet, E-mail and Internet Search. Zulhiya Kanafinova, an English teacher, made a presentation of her US experience (she was a finalist of IT TEA program that last summer. I agree with her that using Informational Technology in our work is important and useful.
1. I taught to print and printed many grammar cards and visual aids on different themes and it will take me less time.
2. I can look for additional materials for teaching English in Internet and print it.
3. I participated in forums in www.gcetm.net/forum and share my experience with teachers.
4. I can participate in Lesson contest.

6. On October 23, 2007 I attended TEA presentation in American Corner in Turkmenabat with my colleagues. I took TEA application and try my best to describe my experience in it.
